We are a company dedicated to making the best homemade cake for all
occasions. Each cake, from novelty to traditional, is individually
designed. Decorating a cake is an Art...one which has been around for
centuries. It takes TIME, it takes PATIENCE and it takes a great deal of
LOVE, to create a true MASTERPIECE. We make cakes for all occasion:
Birthdays, Weddings, Bridal Showers, Anniversaries, to name a few. All of
our cakes use only the most natural and fresh ingredients! Our specialty
is the rum cake. We offer other flavors such as: vanilla and chocolate. We
have many different kinds of cake filling; the most popular is Dulce de
leche (caramel) filling. We also offer: Caramel with chocolate and
Hazelnut, Strawberry, custard cream and the Puerto Rican Rum cake. All
of our cakes are covered with Fondant. This is a mixture based of sugar
allows the cakes to have a unique finish. This permits allow us to create
many different textures, forms and colors. Each creation is made to
ensure that your requirements are fulfilled. Whether you have a
