They were quick to get information back to me when I began my search. The responded very quickly with all my questions. I love the online tools to pick music for the video. And just like I had asked.... the videographer made sure to stay behind the scenes... it was like he was never there.

We just wanted to let everyone know how great 84 west studios is. Diego was our DJ for our wedding on 3/3/2012 and he did a great job. He had everyone up dancing and having a great time. Everyone that attended our wedding commented on what a great job he did. He went above and beyond our expatiations and made sure we had a great night. Lisa was our event coordinator and could not be more accommodating she was there for all our needs and helped out where ever needed.

We booked our photographers for our wedding, Mari and Gonzalo of 84 West Studios, as part of a package deal with Catering Concepts. I loved the website where I went to enter times of special events and the follow up call from Mari two days before our event. I had a special situation where my maid of honor was very sensitive about her photo being taken and Mari was very understanding and took special care when taking the photos. During the wedding ceremony, we didn't even know they were there. We received our photos on CD and they were absolutely stunning! Thank you so much to 84 West Studios and Mari and Gonzalo for capturing the special moments of our big day and making it a day we will always remember!

First off I would like to start by saying that 84 West was nothing but pure perfection. Lisa was my event producer and was awesome through the whole experience. I had many panicked calls about concerns with locations and appointments and she made sure that everything went accordingly and worked around my husband and I's schedule. Even though I swore I was driving her crazy through everything she was so generous, kind, patient, and understanding through everything and I was truly blessed to have her as my "go to" angel through my planning process. My photographer was Gonzalo and he was AMAZING! From the minute I met him for our engagement shoot he knew exactly what I wanted and captured every moment that we wanted to portray through our pictures. On the day of my wedding there was literally a picture for everything. Even the subtle moments in between we thought no one was watching Gonzalo was there for even the quickest and smallest kisses, hugs, smiles, and tears. After seeing the work he created with our engagement shoot we are over the moon excited to see the pictures he captured on our special day. Finally, my last service from 84 West was my DJ. DJ Mike was absolutely incredible. So many things went off schedule and he made sure that everyone adjusted with the changes and kept everything rolling. I was so into the playlist he created there was a moment where I actually had to catch my breathe because I was dancing so much. He played everything we asked and really kept my wedding rolling and everyone happy, and dancing the whole night. I have a few friends that recently got engaged and when asked about our gorgeous pictures and experience there is only one name I tell them "84 West". I wouldn't recommend anyone else and I look forward to using them for future events.

DJ Adam was so awesome..from start to finish he was very professional and easygoing. He played a big part in making our event a success and most importantly, he went with the vibe of our guests during the evening. He is a big asset to 84 West Studios and I will recommend him again and again for any event. You rock DJ Adam!

DJ Mike was awesome! We danced all night...and then some! The photobooth was packed all night. Andrea was great and helped me coordinate all of my 84 West services. Thank you!!!!

The guy they sent out did a great job, i haven't seen the pictures yet but im sure by the quality of the person who originally helped me to the person who answers the phone i wont be disappointed

We hired 84 West Studios for our wedding for several services-- DJ, Photography, Videography, Ceremony Music, and Flowers & Decor. We thought it woud be easiest to go with one company for all the services we needed for our wedding. 84 West and everyone associated with the company was absolutely amazing! Our first meeting with Lisa Pierce, Regional Event Producer, went so smoothly, I knew from the very beginning that we had nothing to worry about. Lisa and the rest of the 84 West staff was extremely responsive to all our wedding needs. I would 100% recommend this company for any type of event.

Awesome DJ!!!! If there was one thing I wanted at my wedding, it was for all of my guests to party and have the BEST time ever. Thanks to my Dj, this happened!!!! He saw what kept the guests on the dance floor, stuck with it, and we were dancing ALL night. I can definitely say, "Our friends are gonna have a hard time topping this one!!!!" It was the party of the year, thanks to 84 West Studios and Party Time Dj's!!!

We used 84 West for our DJ & MC, photography, and videography. The staff was very nice, punctual and professional. They made sure that they delivered exactly what we wanted. The music choices were the right ones to keep the party going and believe me, it kept going. We have family members that are bragging that this was one of the best weddings they had ever attended. The photographer and videographer seemed like they knew exactly where they need to be to capture the best moments and we can't wait to see our pictures and our video. I would highly recommend 84 West if you want to have a stress free, beautiful event. They will definitely make it happen.

They were great the DJ had all the guess out there dancing and showing them dance moves. We played a game and he got all the guess into it.

Andrea at 84 west studios was my contact and she was so great to work with. She helped me get the best packages for my budget. I had Jeff as my MC and I don't think I have ever seen or heard anyone better! All my guests had a great time and i have received so many calls complimenting him! The room lighting was so, so pretty and the centerpieces were exactly what I wanted. I can't wait to see the photos and video. My photographer and my videographer were so easy to work with! I highly recommend 84 West Studios to everyone!

Our event was a Sweet 16 for our daughter at the Signature Grand in Davie, Florida. We cannot begin to thank Party Time DJs/84 West Studios and their staff for the EXCELLENT service they all provided to us. I truly highly recommend them to anyone that will ask. We used Party Time DJs/84 West Studios for our DJ, photography and videography needs and they were all amazing. The happiness on our daughter's face cannot be placed into words on how everything turned out. The uplighting made the room look awesome, DJ Flow had everyone dancing and was very professional and attentive to every detail during the cermonies and the party, checking with me as well as our event captain at the hall with respect to the timeline which made every thing go smoothly, giving time to all the ceremonies, dancing, cake cutting, etc. and made our night so much easier. Mari, our photographer, and Andrew, our videographer were both great when taking pictures and video you would never know they were there. The both coordinated together and did an awesome job of it. Mari also did our daughter photoshoot at Vizcaya Gardens a few months before and the pictures were amazing. We also just received our proofs from the party and words cannot express the thank you for capturing every moment of the party, the ceremonies, the dancing, the speaches, everything was captured on our photos and they were absolutely beautiful. I can't wait to see the video. Christina is wonderful. Amanda did an awesome job putting together our daughter sign-in book, which everyone loved. Finally, I cannot begin to express my deepest THANK YOU to Lisa Pierce who is an extreme asset to this company. When I went to Party Time I did not know I was going to also get a party planner along with my package. Lisa is wonderful, very attentive, always on point and took care of us to the end always checking in with us on a timely manner, making sure we did what we had to on our end to help you guys make this event a complete success. Lisa is the best!!!! That you to the owners Debbi and Jeff who also followed up with us. Your company is the meaning of professionalism and caring staff. I can go on and on about how happy we are that we chose this company to take care of our event needs. For all you future brides out there, I can’t express how lucky I was to come across this company during my vendor hunt. I actually first heard of this place in the Jungle Island recommended vendor list. To be honest I was already discouraged from a previous experience with a different company on the same vendor list. This guy is good at what he does, but his prices were ridiculously high! Listen up Ladies If you are trying to get more for your money as well as experience excellent quality in services; then 84west studios is the place to go. My Event Producers Lisa Pierce & Andrea Radice were great from start to finish. They were VERY attentive and really listened to my concerns, wants, and needs. Every time I would call with a question or concern they always answered me by my first name, recognizing my voice and being very excited to hear from me. Now when I say I received my money’s worth; I really mean it. I received 9 services including a 4 hour Music DJ Package, 1 hour music cocktail system, 8 hours of Photography Coverage & 8 Hours of video Coverage, 12 pack of Ambient up Lighting, Draping behind the Sweetheart Table, Projected Montage, a complimentary custom Designed Monogram to project on my dance floor, and finally a complimentary Engagement Session all for a very, very, very affordable price. My event staff included MC Flow, Gonzalo (photographer), and Andy (videographer) all great at what they do. My MC was an excellent host, he didn’t just stand behind the booth, but instead he was very interactive and got the crowd involved and due to that there was never a dull moment at my wedding. My photographer Gonzalo captured every moment that you would never think of taking a picture of. During the ceremony there was no sound when he took shots. My videographer Andy was everywhere and I can’t wait to get my 3 CD’s of the wedding to see what he captured. Overall the night was amazing and unforgettable, my wedding was on August 6th and to date people are still talking about how much fun my wedding was and I thank all the staff at 84weststudios & party time DJ’s, especially Lisa Pierce for making my perfect wedding dreams become a reality.

My name is jessica Kulinsky and I would recommend 84 west studios to any bride who wants to have an amazing wedding and yet stay on budget. First off.. Upon walking in thier office I could already tell how professional they were and by the look of all their amazing pictures on the walls, i was in love. I first met with Lisa Pierce, who was amazing by the way.. I mean I must of called her 1,000 times with stupid questions but she was always there to help! and if she missed my call, surely enough i recieved one back in less then 5 minutes.. so anyways during my meeting with Lisa, I explained that I wanted my wedding to be amazing. By amazing I mean I wanted an amzing photographer, amazing DJ to get the party going, and lighting... I had to have lighting! Well As your probably already thinking this all seems pretty pricy right? Well, with 84 West Studios I was able to get everything I wanted and more for a price that was actually in my budget! Mari my photographer was absolutely great and she takes the most amazing pictures.. and lets just say PUNCTUAL. it could totally ruin a brides wedding day if the photographer is late but she was at the hall even before i was! And Flow my Dj.. talk about a fun guy, he had everyone so entertained that people in my family who I have never seen dancing were up on the dance floor having a blast. And as far as the lighting, it completed the entire look of my room. It gave it that wow effect and everyone was blown away when they saw it.. and the "your name in lights" effect was the final kicker. Brides, I know planning your own wedding isn't easy, and may seem like a never ending task but if you trust in this company, they will not let you down you will be 100% completely satisfied.

When planning my wedding, I met with several photographers to find the best bang for my buck. Everyone was so expensive. My mom told me that someone she worked with recommended 84 West Studios, and to speak with Lisa Pierce. I am so glad I met with them! First of all, Lisa is amazing. Whenever I had a question, and I often did, I could call her and be confident that if she was not at her desk, she would call back very soon. She worked with us to find the best package for our price range and was very flexible, even added some perks. Super sweet and very personable. The photographer she set us up with, Dan Coya, took beautiful engagement pictures of my husband and me at the park and then at our favorite Sunday hot spot...Dairy Queen! The pics came out awesome. On our wedding day, he was there for the whole thing, from getting my hair and makeup done (and Kenny hanging out with his groomsmen) to the last dance. Our videographer Andrew was great. During the ceremony, he had 2 video cameras so he could capture me walking down the aisle and Kenny's face as I walked toward him. I can't wait to see the pics and video! If you choose to go with 84 West Studios, you will receive superb service with a personal touch.

We were charmed form the very beginning! From day one Lisa Pierce, our Event Producer, greeted us with open arms and made us feel like family. She was very informative and helpful and made us feel extremely comfortable with our decision making process. Our package was custom to our needs and included photograhy, video, music and some decor. Later on in the process we also met the owners of the company Jeff & Debbi Greene. Jeff was our MC and DJ for the wedding and Debbi was our "Day of Coordinator". We believe that the combined effort from the entire staff is what made our event so memorable! Lisa provided such a wonderful DJ and photographer for my first daughter's wedding that I did not have to think twice of who to call when my second daughter was getting married. Tony our photographer was fabulous! He contacted me a few days ahead of time to introduce himself which was a great touch. The wedding party as well as the guests had a great time with Tony taking pictures. He is very professional and alot of fun. Thank you to Lisa as always she is the best!
