Working with Marggie and the staff of A Fancy Fiesta was a pleasure. Her expertise and knowledge of what it takes to properly plan a wedding was evident. She assisted me with the selection of colors, vendors and other pertinent aspects of my wedding and reception. And the end result was excellent. I was extremely happy with everything! My husband and I would like to thank Marggie and the staff of A Fancy Fiesta for providing us with the wedding of our dreams.

If it wasn't for Marggie I don't know what I would have done. I had to do most of the preparation for my daughters wedding because she doesn't live in Miami. Marggie guided me through the entire process. I received compliments on the food from everyone. It was a wonderful night.

My searching experience for the best vendors prior finding A Fancy Fiesta was quite frustrating and difficult. The excitement of planning a wedding was diminishing, and seeming less like the dream every little girl has while growing up. Once I met with Marrgie, she started explaining her different plans available, and all the beautiful illusions and details made me retrieve all the frustrations with joy and excitement to undergo the journey of planning our wedding. Her vendors are great professionals. They were always willing to help and give advise. Marrgie and her crew were always very accessible. Quite frankly, I think my wedding would have not been as beautiful as it was if it weren't for the A Fancy Fiesta Crew. Everyone who attended the wedding was highly impressed and enjoyed every aspect of the wedding. The music was exactly what we wanted, the lighting was fantastic, and Ralph's catering was great!!! I will forever remember my wedding with a smile across my face. My flowers for the wedding were unforgettable!!!!

I was shopping around for a catering company, and arrived at fancy fiesta. I really liked the fact that they offered a complete package that included everything I needed for my wedding. The price was very reasonable and the people at fancy fiesta really get the job done . I did not have to worry about anything on the wedding day. I enjoyed everything about my wedding. It was beautiful. Once you have selected what you want they take care of the rest. It was a great idea.

A Fancy Fiesta Production takes the stress out of planning a wedding. Marggie is the ultimate professional and always very responsive. I would highly recommend utilizing A Fancy Fiesta to coordinate as many of the wedding vendors and details as possible. All of the vendors were very reliable and offered top quality products. The food quality was excellent and we had rave reviews, even from some of our picky relatives!
I happen to be planning another out of town wedding for my other daughter in two months. I only wish I could be working with A Fancy Fiesta for her wedding as well!

The wedding was amazing. Our guests could not get over how perfect everything was. Marggie and her team made the whole event seem effortless. It’s two days post wedding and our guests are still calling us thanking us for inviting them and expressing how much fun they had. Our guests stayed until the lights came on! She truly made the night unforgettable.
The DJ's music selection was perfect and just as we had asked! The limo company was polite and courteous – very accommodating. I can’t count how many compliments I received on the cake and the flowers! Thank you!

I have no complaints about A fancy Fiesta and Marggie. This lady is so hard working and is 100 percent there for the bride as the wedding day approaches and the day of the wedding itself. She was on top of every detail I gave her to follow and was at the reception till the last guest left. She works to please the groom and the bride and she certainly delivers her promise.

I used A Fancy Fiesta Catering and event planning for my wedding on February 27, 2010. Lets me first start off my saying the staff at A Fancy Fiesta are one of a kind. Marggie the Head person in charge is very understanding and the quality of services provided was exquisite. Pricing was very affordable for a middle class person like myself. I would recommend their service to everyone. Marggie and her staff made my wedding stress free. A Fancy Fiesta Production is far most the best catering company out there. The food is made by her husband and he is an extraordinary cook. The exact same way the food was presented to my family and I during the food tasting was the exact way it looked for our entire wedding party and we had 275. The vendors they use for the linen and flowers are just as pleasant as they are. I truly recommend their services. If you are looking for top of the line work, platinum wedding at a reasonable price, jaw dropping one in a life time experience you would choice this catering company.

Margie was fabulous. Whatever I requested she made happen. Whatever question I had she had an answer for me. The day of my wedding, everything was setup just as how I had asked. She listened to everything I had to say, gave me her professional opinions, and truly me what I had asked for. She is young, energetic and has an excellent knowledge base of the wedding industry, and most important she helped me stay within budget. I would recommend Margie to anyone. My wedding came out beautiful and I know that is thanks to Margie and her staff.

Marggie and her entire team made our wedding dream a reality. Her customer service and understanding throughout the entire wedding process was greatly appreciated.
The venue looked amazing; the decor was everything we could ask for and more! The food was delicious. All our guests are still talking about how great and fun our wedding was.
I had such peace of mind knowing Marggie was coordinating our special day because I knew with her it would come out perfect. A Fancy Fiesta is very reliable!
Pricing is also great. Compared to other vendors in the Miami area, Marggie gives you a lot for the price you are paying. She also listens to your ideas and never says something cannot be done. Furthermore, if you ask her for advice, she will gladly give it to you.
I recommend A Fancy Fiesta for your wedding/parties/catering needs!

Marggie was wonderful. The food was awesome, we had chicken wrapped in bacon and a Churrasco Steak both of them were really good. The cake was awesome. The event was plan out, they new what to do for the end to the beginning. Everything went out time to the end. It was perfect!!

Marggie at a Fancy Fiesta was phenomenol. She was helpful in every which way imaginable. She was ALWAYS available to speak to us whenever. She made time to fit OUR schedule (being that we worked crazy hours). It was very easy to work with her. The food at the reception was PHENOMENOL. Everyone commented on how DELICIOUS everything was. Marggie uses only the best of the best. I would recommend her over and over again.

Fancy Fiesta is simply the best catering company in Miami. They will work around you and are very flexible with custom menu.Their presentation was very classy. They had so many different kinds of Main Entrees to choose from.My favorite plate though was the Grilled Salmon.Everyone was pleased with the set up and we heard many compliments about the food.Recommend their catering services for any occasion.

Marggie and A Fancy Fiesta was one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning. We never felt pressured to do anything and everything was explained to us clearly. What was most notable is that leading up to the wedding and even during the wedding, we never had to worry about anything, it was virtually stress-free because we knew Marggie was handling it for us. Aside from the professional service and excellent deal we received, Marggie is just an all around great person to deal with. When faced with a situation she already has a solution for you. For the wedding my family made the cake, the center pieces, and all the decorations. Normally this would be extremely stressful, but with her help it went seamlessly. I don't know what I would have done without her. It was one of the best decisions my husband and I made for the wedding.
