Finding the right ensemble for our wedding was not difficult at all. Actually, Alan made it very easy for us because he is such a professional at what he does. Knowing the number of guests we were having and what type of venue we had chosen really was all he needed and he nailed it. Alan was there every step of the way and responded within minutes to our countless emails. In fact, all the information and the answers to any questions we had were already on their website. The contract and the entire process was very simple. The musicians were on time. They played the repertoire that I had chosen. They were very professional and well dressed. And one more thing that truly surprise me was when the contract time was over and they could not find me to make a decision for them to stay, they asked the country club's personnel to have some background music for our guest during the rest of the cocktail hour before they left. I appreciate that they cared so much not only to work and leave but they thought of our guests and keeping the ambiance going. Awesome!!! Alan was professional from the begining to the end of the process. Suite Strings, the quartet selected through Alan was awesome!!! We had rave reviews from all of our guests! Great classical music as well as modern songs played from the quartet...Very Cool. We would happily reccomend Alan to anyone else looking for music and or entertainment. The cool part is that I was able to feel comfortable via email and a cell phone from CA for a wedding that was across the states at Bethesda By The Sea and The Breakers in West Palm Beach, FL. A great company! The string trio was beautiful, very professional, and just what we were looking for. They played both classical and modern songs, and it was great for the welcome reception. The DJ was also fantastic- many of our guests complimented the music and danced the whole night. Finally, the mariachi band was great as well. This was really a great surprise for my parents, as they had a mariachi band 25 years ago at their wedding. What a perfect way to end the evening. They loved it! Alan was prompt to respond with us. He even met with us in person to go over the agreement and hear our requests. I also appreciated getting a list of songs to choose the songs we wanted.
