Everything about my dress experience was bad!! I alterations lady was terrible. The bustle did not stay at all the day of my wedding. There was a sharp thing that kept poking me in my arm all night. $450 in alterations and the lady gave us an attitude every time I went there. Not my fault she didn't fix the dress right the first 3 times. She acted like she was doing ME a favor when she had to come in on a Sunday to fix my dress yet again. If you get a dress from Alfred Angelo DO NOT USE their alterations lady. She is the only lady that the south Florida stores use. She is rude and ruined this for me!!!

My dress was beautiful. It came in after about 3 weeks from the order date. My bridal consultant was Alyssa Fiffer and she was great. All service with Alfred Angelo was delightful.

Granted this place had the dress i was looking, and the color combination to go with. The service was excellent but to get a call back was like pulling a leg. To get an accurate answer on when my dress, or my bridesmaids dresses was never correct. BUT, i must say they acted professional when it came to getting the dresses back promptly due to my wedding being planned in 4 months. The service and staff was great but getting call backs is a different story.

The dress selection is wide however the store does not have a wide selection of sizes. I had 7 bridesmaids that ranged in different sizes and they either had to try on a bigger or smaller size. The store needs to carry the most common sizes for the bridesmaid dresses and also the wedding dresses. I had to try on a bigger size on the dress I liked and I took a chance because I loved the dress. Luckily it needed minor alterations.

They have a great selection of wedding dresses as well as bridesmaids dresses. I also had my alterations done there and was pleased with those as well. The main problem we had was concerning ordering our wedding invitations. We had a more difficult time with the manager as far as responsiveness and flexibility concerning ordering our invitations. One of the assistant managers was extremely helpful and willing to work with our schedule, needs (since we were planning from out of town), and product interests. We had selected a specific invitations from a company they worked with, however this Alfred Angelo shop had not yet received the new invitation sample book in their office. The manager was very inflexible and continually said they could not order the invitations from the company they work with unless they had a book with the invitation in it. The assistant manager not only informed us that they could order the invitations we wanted as long as it was with a company they ordered from, but she was willing to place the order for us. The only extra step it took was for her to call the company and have them fax the forms for us to complete with the names and wedding details. We were very frustrated and dissatisfied with the managers customer service, however the willingness of the assistant manager to remedy the situation helped make it a little easier. Overall I was pleased with my experience in spite of the problems we had with the manager. My dress, the bridesmaids dresses, and our invitations were lovely!

They allowed me to have the top to one dress and the bottom to another one. The fittings went smoothly and on time. The staff were very nice and seemed to really enjoy their jobs. I had a great experience buying my dress from them - and I LOVED my dress!
