Thank you yesterday for a wonderful "show" and the DELICIOUS food youprepared yesterday at my shower! Many people said itwas the "Best Pig Roast Ever" and everyone wanted to know how I found yourcompany!! Thank you for being a big part of what made our party a success!!My husband enjoyed it so much, he wants to make it an annual event....I amsure u will be hearing from us again! I called Don Paella two weeks prior to my event when I had a change of heart about the catering. They did everything possible to make my wedding special with the short notice. The food was amazing, the presentation was beautiful. I received continuous raves about the food choice from the guests. Hiring Don Paella was the best decision I made. My husband and I recommend them highly to anyone having a party that they want to make special. The staff was extremely professional and friendly. It felt like I had friends making the paella and pig roast, they really had my back and made my family affair unforgettable. We will definitely use them in the future.

They cooked up a Valenciana paella with seafood instead of chicken at my wedding on south beach in January 2011 at the Betsy Hotel Roof Deck. The food, the guys, the whole experience was awesome. I ordered for 70 persons and they made enough for over 100 persons at a fabulous price. You can also bring your own seafood to add which we did, I give them the highest possible recommendation....and don't forget the tostones, they are awesome!

The food was excellent and quantity of food was more than enough. They were also flexiible on serving time.

Don Paella did an excellent job catering our wedding. So many people told us it was the best wedding food they every had. They have great prices too! They were very flexible with our wedding schedule and needs. Will defitnitly hire again for future parties!

Don Paella catered my wedding rehearsal. I called Youry a few days before the rehearsal dinner to confirm the rehearsal date and time and it took two days for a response so it was a stressful two days before the caterer confirmed they will be on time. I scheduled the dinner to start at 7PM and Youry confirmed they will be at my home at 5PM to begin cooking. It turned 5PM and no one showed. I waited until 5:30PM and called Youry only to be told his staff will be there any minute and not to be worried since my guest size was small and dinner should still be served on time at 7PM. His staff did not show until 6:15PM, 45 minutes after I called so they were an hour and 15 minutes late! Dinner was served a little after 8PM so my guests had to wait an hour and were very hungry. I'm really disappointed with the lateness and don't consider them to be reliable. No apology from Youry or anything and I was still charged the full amount. I don't live in South Florida and was having an out of town wedding. To make things more difficult his staff was not English-speaking and made communication even harder and I had to ask one of my guests to translate for me when he should have been enjoying the party. I ordered tostones and found them bland but did enjoy the paella. I rented plates from Don Paella as well but because they were late I had to serve appetizers on paper plates for a rehearsal dinner. Totally ghetto. Overall I would hesitate to call up Youry and use his services again unless I get an apology and explanation on why they were so late.
