Elegant Arrivals Limousine Service

We were extremely disappointed in the limo service and their disorganization. When we were trying to call the company a few days before the wedding just to confirm all of the details, we were put through the ringer just trying to get connected to the right person -- we had to call a few different numbers and talk to a few different people. They did show up for pickup on time, and the limo was nice inside and out. But the driver (Ken Z) made wrong turns and was not very presentable (long shaggy hair, a bit of a hippy). After the ceremony, the entire wedding party entered the limo on our own, at the scheduled time of departure, and the driver was NOWHERE to be found. We had to call his cellphone to ask him to come back to the limo so that we could get back to the reception site in time for photos. I think we would have been more upset about some of these things if our drive was going to be any longer. We only had to be taken less than 10 miles down the road so it was all just 'tolerable' and we laughed it off. But for anyone that actually wants good service and a presentable driver who doesn't make you feel like you are 'overdressed' for your own wedding, I would not recommend this company for...
