I honestly cannot complain. Although the dresses are a bit pricy, they are all quality designer dresses and the staff customer service is top notch. I was dreading wedding dress shopping and the experience provided was excellent and made my shopping experience very pleasant. If you can afford it, I totally recommend this store.

I couldn't be happier with Ever After! The store is gorgeous, and has a unique and sophisicated selection that is not available anywhere else in the South Florida area. It wass like shopping in NYC without having to fly there! The entire staff was super sweet and helpful and patient, which made a huge difference. My dress was lovely, and the brilliant tailors on staff were able to literally re-create the neckline entirely. Ever After is the ONLY place to go!

I didn't get my dress from here because it was out of my price range but this place was fantastic for those brides looking for high-end dresses. I was on a small budget and they made me feel wonderful and wasn't snobby at all. The place was chic and the sales people were fantastic in presentation and they had really upscale taste themselves. I would definitely recommend to designer brides.

I have to say my wedding dress was really the most exciting part of the wedding for me. I had only been to 1 other store before visiting Ever After during a Vera Wang trunk show and after going I knew I need look no further. First their space is really gorgeous and Miami chic. It's also very intimate which keeps the process from being too overwhelming. I found the staff very friendly and accommodating. Specifically when I had a dress appt. set and then a number of unfortunate events were preventing me from making the appt. Camille was very kind and accommodating and moved the appt. to the following day just so my mother who was in town at the time would get to see the dress. It could have gone so differently and meant so much to me that she did this. All my alterations were done very well, they truly are experts and I felt very comfortable. My dress had to be shipped and the staff was quick to send me tracking and it arrived without issue. Overall I had a fantastic experience and would recommend this store to anyone looking for a truly spectacular gown and the service and attention you desire when making such a big important purchase. My Vera Wang, wowed my guest and made me feel amazing. Thank you Ever After!!!

Everyone at Ever After is excellent. They help you from the very beginning and they will make great suggestions to you when choosing your dress, because they know what they are doing. From the very first time you enter their store, you already feel like a princess because they treat you so nice, they'll give you the best treatment there is so you feel relaxed and comfortable when choosing one of the most important parts of the wedding, your dress! They have incredible designs, beautiful pieces and great designers. Each dress I tried I loved it, but I ended up choosing the very first one I tried, which they suggested to me because it was totally different than what I had in mind. That dress blew my mind and everyone at the wedding had something good to say about the dress! The best place to get your wedding dress is Ever After!

Best dresses in the area and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. The team was also very responsive with regards to alterations and made sure every detail was completed on time.

I have to admit, the Salon's name Ever After turned me off at first, but don't judge a book by it's cover was never more true, this is where you go for the classic gown experience. Vera, Oscar, Carolina etc. the bridal gown heavyweights are all found at this enchanted boutique in Coconut Grove. Ever After also has a private label so after the wedding is over you can still go back for all your other party dress needs. Camille and her staff are just a pleasure to work with and treat you like family the moment you arrive. Ever After is bridal gown nirvana!

Ever after was the best experience I could ever had. They were awesome since the moment I walked in the door. They were never pushy and made my bridal experience awesome! Everyone there was so pleasant to work. I would only recommend this place to all of my friends! I truly felt like a princess the day of my wedding. I loved my dress!

Ever After Miami definately takes the cake in bridal boutiques. It is incredibly high end, and you are treated like royalty here. I can't thank the owner, Camille Russler, enough for all of the time and effort she put into my gown and making sure it came out PERFECT. She even sent a staff member on my day to dress me and help with my pictures. I don't know what I would have done without her there the day of! She really made everything special for me and again, I can't thank Ever After enough for making my day everything I wanted.

I loved my experience with Ever After. My family and I were always attentively waited on, and always made sure I was 100% happy. My every need was always met, and the alterations, even though they took a long time, came out flawless in the end. I ordered an Oscar de la Renta gown, which did take awhile to come in, but I was always informed of its status, as well as the status on my accessories and shoes. THEY called me to schedule fittings and for pick up. I felt like I never had to worry if my things were going to be here because they were always a step ahead. They make the gown stress-free for the bride, and we all need that!!!

Two thumbs up! I promised all my vendors I would leave feedback, so here it goes! Ever After was a hands down amazing experience. From inception, when I walked in the door, to when I walked out the door with my gown. I couldn't have been more happy and felt more taken care of in their hands. They made sure my every need was taken care of and to my taste. All of the staff is just delightful and really make you feel welcome. The owner greets every client that walks in the door of the store. Great!!

One of my favorite vendors! The dress I found was the hardest to do and find. I went everywhere in Coral Gables, and down the mile. My friend told me about Ever After, and I scheduled an appointment. I was freshly suprised by the salon! It is so beautiful and the service is like none I had recieved before. The gowns are out of this world, some are crazy expensive, but so beautiful. I found the perfect one and the stylist helped put the whole look together to work with my theme and venue. The alterations went sooooo smoothly and I had it hand delivered on the day of my wedding. MY experience was nothing short of amazing.

Buying a dress is one of the most fun/hard experiences a women cab go thru. You need someone with experience and professionalism that is why Ever after is so perfect! They have the best gowns and the attention is so personalized you will feel like a real princess!! and you will look like one too on your special day ;)

Before anything else, I knew I needed to start looking for ‘THE DRESS’. So my sister and I strutted Miracle Mile – a street known as the bridal dress capital in Coral Gables – in search of that perfect wedding gown. With dress photos from magazines in hand for reference, we went from store to store trying on a bunch of gowns to a point that we were so overwhelmed that we decided to forgo our quest in exchange of Jamba Juice Smoothies. The following weekend I made an appointment at Ever After, a couture bridal shop in the Grove, where I had an amazing experience and where I found my dream gown. Camille and the entire staff were helpful and an utter delight to work with. They spend personal one-on-one time with you until you find the perfect wedding look. Renato, the boutique's designer, was amazing making all the changes my dress needed so it fitted me like a glove at the end. On the wedding day both Camille and Renato were a great help by bringing my dress and accessories directly to my hotel and helping me with the dress and the amazing cathedral length crystal veil and tiara from their boutique as well. Ever After was exceptional, and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect dress.

I cannot imagine a bridal store with better service. The couture dresses are out of this world and you really do feel like a star when you are shopping there. They have Vera Wang, Carolina Herrera, Valentino, Oscar De La Renta, and many more designers that you will be hard pressed to find anywhere else. They also have an evening wear collection by their in house designer Renato. They are some of the most gorgeous gowns I have ever seen. I highly recommend Ever After if you are looking for a one of a kind experience when shopping for your wedding gown!

I visited a few bridal salons in Miami, but I only tried on dresses at one - Ever After. From the very beginning, they offered a beautiful selection of gowns for almost any budget. Ever After treats their customers very well. I worked with Leah, who was a dream! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. I always know what I want, and although I came in the store with specific dresses in mind, Leah helped pick out a few more she'd thought I would like, one of which, ended up being THE dress.The staff was very professional and organized, they called to remind me of my appointments, my dress came in exactly when expected, and my fittings and alterations went more smoothly than I could have asked for!I will however, have to agree with the other reviewers in that, you MUST check your dress before you leave the store. My wedding planner picked up my dress, and when she took it out of the bag in the hotel, the bottom was dirty. When she called, I didn't panic, because I knew that Ever After would take care of it. They came to our hotel and picked up the dressed, cleaned it, and brought it back that evening, and it was perfect.I would recommend Ever After to any bride!

Before entering Ever After, I had chosen a beautiful Monique Lullhier at Chic Parisean (which the service was o..k...). My mom pushed me to go to Ever After because they were having a Vera Wang trunk show and she personally loves the designer, so to please her, I went. Entering the store I was simply in love with it. Simple industrial look and the best part, the dresses are all show cased, as opposed to Chic, who hides all their dresses and you have to depend on the sales girl to bring out dresses you are looking for. I was helped by their in store designer Renato, who is truly an artist. I tried on all shapes of dresses and he gave me his personal opionion on each and what worked well with my body type. I was in between two Vera's which were absolutely gorgeous, but decided on a more classic style that had the chapel train that I've always dreamed of. Renato put my hair up, put on a veil, and a beautiful feathered head piece, I sincerely had that moment of "this is it." I was even complimented by the store owner Camille, who also has an eye for fashion, and she agreed with my choice as well. Finally after I decided it was it, and my mother and grandmother agreed as well, I was told the price and my heart dropped. It was $8,000 more than my original budget of $7,000. Camille saw it in my face and she said that I had to have the dress, so she went back and forth with the Vera representative trying to figure out the best price they can come up with. Although they took off a bunch of custom work (that I fell in love with in the first place), Renato reassured me that he would add on some work with different materials and it would look the same, if not better! I ended up purchasign the gown for way less than the $8,000 and was given a Runway Veil and the beautiful feathered head piece as a gift as well.3 months before the big day, I started my first fitting. The fitting went smoothly and was in love with my dress even without all the custom work. By the second fitting a month later, Camille surprised me with the added custom work with the materials from Vera at no cost! I was so happy and I coudln't have asked for more! My last fitting was unfortunate, my grandmother fell walking on the way and they understood completely and fitted me later on that day when everything had calmed down. All the custom work was done beautifully, the dress looked more gorgeous than the first time I tried on the sample. I was so excited to walk down the aisle in my custom Vera! Everyone raved about my dress and how gorgeous I looked in it. I coudln't have asked for a better service! Thank you Ever After! Camille and her team are the best! If you have a large budget, you have to check out Ever After. Service and dresses are top notch! No if ands about it!

Ever After offers stunning top of the line gowns and incredible service. My dress was altered and adjusted to perfection. The staff is very considerate and flexible in helping you attain the look you desire for your special day.

Ever After has beautiful gowns. Their selection is everything from simple to much more detailed. From the process of trying on dresses, selections, and fittings, they were very helpful throughout the whole time. They carry many designer dresses - I had a Vera Wang which was beautiful. Would definitely recommend them to friends/family looking for formal and wedding attire.

My experience at the store was great. They treat you like a queen, bring champagne, and make the experience of looking for a dress so easy. Everyone was very nice and helpful. My complains begin with the altering of the dress.. The only thing I needed done was the bustle. When I had the dress on, one of the sales people created a bustle and I loved how it would look. They took the dress to the back and their seamstress did the bustle. When I got home and tried it on, the bustle was too high!! It did not look right but I let it go. It wasnt done very well because walking into the reception the bustle broke. It did not get caught on anything.. it was just poorly done.
