Do NOT do business with these people! They are unprofessional & rude. I thought I could talk to the management but it turned out that the rude person WAS the owner! Avoid at all costs.

After visiting several florists for my wedding, I was hooked with Y-Knot Flowers because of their affordable price, flexibility, kindness, and professionalism. Let's face it, most businesses in South Florida are extremely laid back which can lead to many frustrations. Y-Knot was always available by phone or email. They were always very responsive to my questions and needs. We were very particular about what we wanted and they were patient throughout the whole design process. I was very confident about their work.I was a bit nervous about how all the details of the reception at our hotel were going to end up, but walking out to the ceremony in my gown I saw the owner of Y-Knot in the ballroom and it made me feel that with her being there, the setup of the flowers were going to be just fine.I was amazed at the beauty and elegance of our centerpieces and other details they did. Absolutely everyone complimented the flowers. They were gorgeous! I had forgotten about a few details such as what will go in the vases of the centerpiece (since the actual flower arrangements usually just it on top of the vase), I was pleasantly surprised that they thought of that and put something tasteful there to decorate.At the end of the night it was painful to part with such gorgeous flowers. Since we are from out of town a few guests took them and home and we left some of the arrangements as decoration around the hotel.Thank you for making our day look like a dream!

Y-Knot Flowers did an AMAZING job on the flowers for our ceremony and reception!! They created exactly what we wanted at several hundred dollars under quotes we received from other florists. Leslie and Dornett were so attentive to our needs and worked with us to the very end to create beautiful arrangements. We had so many guests and even the hotel staff tell us that the centerpieces in particular were the most beautiful they've ever seen. Y-Knot was very professional, super flexible and all around wonderful to work with. We would recommend their services (especially for weddings) with no reservations!! THANK YOU!!!

Very helpful staff all the way to the wedding day, I enjoyed working with the entire group who never hesitated in assisting us with all the changes.

Just got back from the honeymoon, which was awesome too...but the best part of the whole event was the flowers. I couldn't have asked for a better design. I had spoken to many florist and none of them made me feel as comfortable as you or as reasonably priced as Y-knot flowers. The service was excellent...you made our day!

There were some misunderstanding after I had to make a change. Also, the flowers ordered did not come as they should so some changes were made, the final product was not what was expected but it was nicer, they looked very nice.After some confusion and was pleased with the end productthank you

Very nice people to work with, they recommended exactly what was appropriate for our small function. We were on a stight budget and the assortment of flowers we got makes our wedding looks expensive. I would recommend this flower shop.

I got married a little over a year ago and the ladies at Y-Knot Flowers were so great. They helped me along the way and made sure that I got everything that I wanted and kept it within my budget. I had such a great experience. So now when I know someone getting married or needing flowers I reccommend them. I love that they deliver anywhere. Now when I order flowers I only order from Y-Knot Flowers.

The service that I received was wonderful. Not only did they make me feel like a princess, but the product was amazing too. I really care about the product being fresh and the arrangements being done on time. The last thing you want is having your flower decorations late for your weeding.
