Nancy performed our ceremony and it was beautiful!! I still have people calling me weeks later to tell me that it was the most beautiful ceremony they have ever witnessed. I was a very nervous bride but Nancy made sure that everything was taken care of so I wouldn't have to worry. Thank you so much for everything!!

Nancy was great to work with. I was a lil worried trying to plan a wedding (even if a small one) from 1000miles away but she had it all together so I didn't have to! The photographer, Susie, was so funny and did an amazing job making my wedding memories gorgeous!!! Hopefully they're still around in 20yrs when we want to do a vow renewal!!!

Affodable weddings came on time and made sure the set up was perfection. They also made sure to act like family by this made your day memorable. Very friendly and professional @ the same time. I am from the Boston area, and, had a destination wedding on South Beach, Miami, FL. I found Notary On Time via the internet. The ceremony was beautiful. Our Notary worked with us on choosing the wording, and she performed it with such feeling, it was like she knew us personally. We had the "sand ceremony", too. It was just wonderful. I can't say enough good things about Notary on Time!

Nancy was so awsome I can't even tell you, if anyone is thinking twice don't. She helped provide the best day ever!!!!!! When ever I had a question, I would e-mail her and get an answer in no longer than a half an hour, if not less. Can't say enough good things about Nancy and her photographer. I was a young bride planning an "elopement" in Florida for January. I had about 20 family members come from Virginia. I found Nancy via google and her "Silver Package" was exactly what I wanted. I emailed Nancy and she seemed a little pushy and rude. I was put off by it but loved the pictures I had seen of her work so much that I couldn't find with any other officiant that I looked past it. She responded to emails very quickly, but usually with one word answers. It was a little unsettling, especially because I was leaving everything in her hands, but I just had to let it go and let her do her job. Everything turned out more beautifully than I could've ever imagined!!! It was FLAWLESS. There are no other words to describe her services other than PERFECT. Her and her team deserve 5/5 stars and there is a good reason they have maintained that! If you are a skeptical bride like I was, trust me, TRUST HER and everything will turn out perfectly!

People expect when you deal with an internet company not knowing who they are we may feel a bit nervous giving them our credit card. Well I never met with Notary on Time and all I can say that not only myself but everybody that attended my wedding was extremely surprised on the job that Notary on Time performed for my wife and I. I never expected the kind, comfort, and support given to the both of us during this special day when we all know how important we want everything to be. I made a great decision and thank Rosie and Nancy for everything they did. You were awesome!!!!

Setting up a destination elopement is not an easy task. Especially when you're unable to see the actual location. You're basically putting your trust and money into someone you don't know and Notary On Time clearly understands that. We spent weeks looking up Officiants that provided packages, but either the pricing wasn't worth it or the quality of photos were really of the "you get what you pay for" variety. On the last day when we were to make our decision, I discovered Notary On Time, LLC. and they truly lived up to their excellent ratings. From day one Nancy was consistently responsive. We never had to go 24 hours for a response. She answered all of our questions no matter what they were. When we were getting ready to fly out to Miami, Nancy had already contacted us with details. It put us at ease that we didn't have to search for them when we arrived. The week leading up to our wedding was pretty stressful. Our lil elopement weeknd was to be a well timed break. We arrived in Miami the day before with forecasts of rain, on and off. We contacted Nancy and Rosy in the middle of the rain storms to find out what would happen if it rained. They assured us they would stay and wait until the weather broke to get the ceremony in. And if all else failed they'd have a dry area ready. As proof they were actually in the middle doing a wedding during that rain storm. While in most cases a wedding day is the most stressful day for a couple, Nancy and Rosy made it special, fun, emotional, beautiful, and the most memorable day we've ever spent together. Rosy gave a beautiful ceremony and was extremely creative with the pictures. Nancy and Rosy understand customer service, they are going to be in the love business for a long time. My wife and I are eternally greatful and we will recommend Notary On Time, LLC to everyone we know the second they get engaged.

Planning a destination wedding in Key Largo all the way from New Orleans was really challenging, especially because I had never been to the keys before. I just trusted my instincts with all my decisions. Nancy was there for me from beginning to end throughout almost a year of planning. She responded to all my many emails and calls almost instantly every single time and was so sweet always making me feel comfortable. She helped me out by making alot of suggestions for other vendors and also was extremely flexible as I was so particular with everything. We wrote our own ceremony and she executed it beautifully! I was so worried that my wedding would be rushed since it was 11-11-11, but she and the photographer took their time and it was more perfect than I ever dreamed it could be! The photographer Susie Rodriguez was amazing! She arrived early and stayed late. Our photos came out gorgeous! She was very creative and knew just what shots to get! Everyone was talking about our tropical flowers, they were stunning. I also had special requests for my bouquet and brides maids bouquets and there was nothing that Nancy did not get done perfectly! We are so happy we chose Nancy and Notary on time. Our wedding was a dream come true!!!!!!! Thank you Nancy and Susie we are forever grateful!

My wedding was absolutely beautiful! Nancy and Susie put me at ease with any questions I had, assisted me professionally, and treated me like I was a friend than just a client. They turned my dream wedding into reality and provided me with wonderful photos to capture every moment. Although 11/11/11 was an extremely busy day for them, they provided us with an abundant amount of time and never rushed us. They valued our time and the time of their other clients as well. From beginning to end, I knew I made the perfect choice when I selected their website from Google.

Nancy, the front of the company as far as I'm concerned, was very professional, but what i liked most about her was how promptly she replied to my emails. Not exaggerating, i was getting was almost instantaneous replies. Adriana, the world's most amazing notary, performed my ceremony, periodically checked on me as the wedding approached, helped me customized the script (as i wanted a ceremony in Spanish), showed up on time looking very professional, and most of all, was so warm and sincere she made the ceremony so special I will never forget it.

I would recommend this vendor to any future bride that wants a beach wedding in the florida area. She will work with you to make sure that every detail that you want is taken care of.

Nancy truly went above and beyond on our special day. It was a long distance wedding, we were residing in Charlotte, and our event took place in Fort Lauderdale, Fl. Nancy took care of everything, she made everything effortless and was my right wing woman every step of the way. Now for all the controlling women (myself included) it feels a bit uneasy when someone says "Don't worry about anything, all you have to do is show up" so needless to say I was freaking out a little bit right before the wedding date because all I had done was given Nancy the specifications of colors, cloth material and thats pretty much it, but she made it happen and everything came out perfect, so don't worry she will take care of it. Nancy was wonderful!!! We were from out of town and she helped me with all info I needed such as best hotels, courthouse for our marriage license, ect. Nancy was on top of everything for me, always available to answer questions, and very prompt on our wedding day, when I met her I felt so comfortable with her as if we had been friends a long time, mot to mention the photographer Susie was wonderful as well!! I'm glad I used Nancy as our wedding officiant she is the BEST!!! Thanks so much Nancy!!

I never imagined my ceremony being as beautiful as it was. Nancy was amazing. She was there since the first contact i made with her. There was no question that stayed unanswered. Everything we spoke about, she met up to the expectation. My flowers were beautiful and unique. Everyone has told me how pretty the ceremony was and how well it went. I dont have any complaints. I found this company online by google & I am SO happy I did.:-) Nancy is so sweet & awesome! Stayed in contact mostly through e-mail & she always replied quickly to my texts & voice mail messages. Very professional & patient with me. I even changed the date & she was very kind & understanding. I was a nervous wreck all week before my wedding but once I arrived they made me feel so comfortable & relaxed that by the time the Ceremony began I forgot to be nervous. Susie started off taking pictures because wedding guests were running late & she was SO funny. Her pictures were amazing! She loves what she does & it truly shows. She had everyone really enjoying themselves. I chose John U Lloyd Park because I wanted it on the beach but wanted the rock view & some privacy as well, since beaches tend to get crowded. There was quite a few people there but not too bad, only aggravation was parking was full in the Pavilion so our guests had to walk a short distance from another parking lot. Overall our day was magnificent! the weather was great & everyone including the park ranger was very helpful & friendly:-) I would definitely recommend this Company!
