Texas de Brazil

I am writing regarding the wonderful experience my husband and I had prior to, during, and after our wedding reception on February 1, 2012 @ 7 PM in Miami Beach, Florida. Michael Burstein served as our event manager, and, Mauro and Calla were our hosts for the evening. All three (as well as the additional, attending staff) were incredible. We cannot possibly thank them enough! Today, our guests are still raving about the occasion!! Michael booked us a small private room overlooking the water and city skyline, and, ensured everything was perfect! It honestly couldn't have been any more perfect! Dinner was scrumptious (we could have made an entire meal out of the salad bar alone!). The meats that were served for our main course were done to perfection. Our thanks go out to the Chef(s), as well, for their hard work, and, for adhering to our request for low salt. Upon booking our reception, we inquired about a wedding cake. Michael recommend we contact Enchanting Creations. They did a fabulous job! We ordered 4 cake toppers and sent them directly to the specialty cake company, not knowing which would look best on the cake we chose. They made the decision for us, and delivered a gorgeous, delicious cake (along with the remaining toppers) to the restaurant. At the end of the night, the toppers were packaged for us, and, Michael had them shipped to our home in Massachusetts (as we were embarking the following day on a 4 day cruise for our honeymoon). He also followed up to ensure we received them when we arrived home! One of the highlights of the evening (especially for the men), was the presentation of Macallan Whiskey (along with the Ice Ball Maker). Mauro's knowledge, and, professionalism shined through. We all enjoyed listening to him speak of it's history! A few of the girls (myself included), had a sip. I, for one, have never acquired a taste for whiskey. The Macallan, however, was excellent! I wouldn't mind trying it again! Calla attended to our every need and want, all night long. She was professional, polite, and caring. I don't think she left our side the entire evening!! She was right there whenever we had a question (she even walked me to the ladies room, so I wouldn't get lost finding it!!!). We would like to thank everyone involved for such wonderful memories that will last a lifetime! Michael, Mauro, and Calla truly went above and beyond!! Please share this letter with them (I have copied in Michael, however, I do not have e-mail addresses for Mauro or Calla). Next time we are in Florida, we will make dinner reservations at the Texas de Brazil.

I loved everything!!!!!!!!!!!

I just want to let everybody know how amazing this place is, everybody was very attentive with all my guess to the point that the comments about the service when on for weeks after the weeding , the food was to die for. I recomment this place to anybody that wants good food in a great place and best of all wonderful price.

This place was amazing, the service was five star. The food was out of this world. Management was very attentive and helpful in our every need.
