TODO DULCE - Everything Sweet

My husband and I got married in November of 2011; Iā€™m proud and happy to say that Todo Dulce made our delicious, wonderful and unique wedding cake. I couldnā€™t be happier with it; their service was beyond our expectations. People loved it, the taste was excellent, and the design was beyond BEAUTIFUL! Even our photographer was impressed of how gorgeous our wedding cake looked that he took more pictures than normal of the cake. ļŠAt first when we made our first appointment we were kind of undecided about the design and thanks to Laura who helped us decideā€¦ we ended up with an amazing wedding cake. She was so helpful and patient; she gave us plenty of choices, we even had our tasting (which was great because we got to enjoy it before our guests), and a variety of ideas to come up with something exclusive, unique, and detailed for our special day. My wedding cake had so many little details that came out perfect, that there are not enough words to describe our thankfulness to Todo Dulce! I will definitely recommend them! Thank you Todo Dulce!!

I met with Todo Dulce with my planner. They pulled off the vision of my cake beautifully. They were very nice and from what I heard the cake tasted great. The only problem is they forgot my cake topper!! No one noticed until I pointed it out but I def missed it :( I would still recommend them!

Alejandra at Todo Dulces is a Master Pastry Chef! Alejandra was referred to us by our Wedding Planner, Breck Bouchard, from The Bond Group. Not only did she see us without an appointment, but she held an impromptu cake tasting for us on the spot, since our original pastry chef was a 2 hour drive from our hotel in South Beach, and we were pressed for time. We met with Alejandra for an hour, discussed what we desired, she kindly showed us photos of her work, let us eat cake, and immediately, after tasting her tasty treats, we were sold! She created a faux topsy turvy cake for us, that accommodated our oversized wedding cake topper, and personalized the cake exactly how we wanted it decorated! Our guests are STILL talking about that cake! Her buttercream frosting is to DIE for, and the cake, so moist and tasty! I ate TWO pieces! TODO DULCES is the PERFECT choice to have your dream wedding cake created! Alejandra is gentle, kind, communicative, patient and a true artist! Thank you Alejandra for being so good at what you do!

Todo Dulce was everything we wanted and more. We visited a lot of cake companies and this was the most professional place we went to. The special attention that we received from Alejandra was great. She really sat down and took the time to listen to what we wanted the cake to look like and we could not have been happier with the final result. The taste was another amazing experience! When we tasted the cakes we were very pleased and it was so good to taste that same great flavor on the day of our wedding. It really was just as fresh and tasty as the day we first tried it. We are very very happy that we chose Todo Dulce. I cant wait for our 1 year anniversary to cut into that top tier ;)

We absolutely loved our cake from Todo Dulce. Being not a huge cake eater myself, I set up 4 cake appointments back to back. We went to Todo Dulce first, and could have stopped there - at each of the next places, which were still good, we compared the cakes to the vanilla cake from Todo Dulce. Alexandra worked with us to design our perfect cake, taking our scattered thoughts, and helping to put together a beautiful cake. We can't wait to eat the top layer, if it makes it to our first anniversary!

Definitely the best tasting wedding cake I've had and I'm not just saying that because it was my wedding. We had half rum cake and half chocolate with chocolate ganache filling. The staff was refreshingly nice and very helpful (compared to other cake places we went to that it felt like a factory).

The cakes from Todo Dulces are absolutely phenomenal! As a catering company, we at A Joy Wallace Catering Production and Design Team know food, and these cakes taste just as wonderful as they look. We order cakes from here for myriad events and have never been dissapointed.

Most gorgeous wedding cake ever!

Cake was beautiful and delicious--and I was worried because all the wedding's I have been to and they have beautiful cakes but are not the best tasting. These ladies have such fresh and quality cake. I had the chocolate ganache cake and their signature key lime with key lime buttercream--great!

Alexandra and Laura are artists as well as wonderful bakers. When the wait staff from the catering company asks where the cake was from and that it was the best wedding cake they ever tasted, you know you have selected the best bakery! Going to order a "pumpkin cake" for Thanksgiving from them too. Will never buy another baked good from anyplace else!

There was so many choices of creating the cake. The cost of the cake was very good and the little kids loved it! Came on time and it was my dream cake for my wedding.

The vanilla brandy cake you created for us was amazing!!! It was a huge hit with all the guests... we absolutely loved the designĀ… and it really was the best cake we have ever tasted. ..Thanks again, you truly made our wedding extra special!!! Charles and Alex

We went to a handful of cake places, mostly very well-known cake places. We were so excited to find Todo Dulce's brandy flavor! It delicious, different and everyone loved it. Even people who don't usually like cake ate 2 pieces. They were great about handling our delicate cake topper. I had a photo with me when I went to them b/c I knew exactly what we wanted: sage green buttercream with ivory flowers. I went with them twice - first to get a quote and then to make the deposit. When I went the second time, they told me that they needed to charge me an additional $30 b/c of the sugar flowers. Not a big deal, but I wish they would've told me this at the original quote. Also, the cake did look great the day-of - but the style wasn't as close to the picture as I would've liked. Tasted unbelievable though. Just had our top tier for our 1 year anniversary. I googled how to defrost and some people suggest leaving it on the counter overnight. I decided, instead, to leave it in the fridge for a few days. If our family ever has left over cake from a party, we usually store it in the fridge and eat it chilled the next day. Well, it tasted like if the wedding was the day before and it was just chilled in the fridge. We couldn't believe how great it was. My husband but it best when he said "it's crazy to think that this cake was made over a year ago, it tastes great!"
