Love my rings!!! I specially ordered them and had mine reset. My rind is beautiful though. Took a very long time to come in but it was well worth it. Great customer service and love the lifetime warranty!!

Mine and my husbands rings together werea great price. They were even helpful in halping my husband in supriseing me in having our rings inscribed.

We love our rings that we picked out. We have a lifetime warrenty. So if anything goes wrong, they fix it for free. Ive had my engagement ring for over a year and I had it cleaned about 3 times for free. Also, We went back to the same sales person for our wedding bands and she remembered my husband from when he bought my engagemnet ring..and she took off atleast $50 per ring..I think she took off about $80 for our wedding bands! They are awesome!

I went to this Zale a month after I got married. My husband wasn't sure of what to buy me. One day I went to the mall to shop for clothes and decided to go into the store to see the rings they had. I fell in love with a particular wedding ring. The lady that attended me looked at me as if I was there to waste her time. I asked her the price she told me it was on special and that I had to buy it that day because the special was going to finish on that day. I called my husband told him to go meet me at the mall, he came in. Paid for the ring. I got a ring with 7 semi-big diamonds and many little ones diagonally to the 7 diamonds, when we got the ring first there was a diamond missing, and the size was 2 sizes smaller than my finger. We went back to get that fixed. We went to pick it up, it was missing another diamond. To make a long story short, we had to go 4 times to get the right ring. I would go back there because I do like their jewelry. But the service is really not that great.

Both my husband and I were clueless about rings and diamonds when we began ring shopping. Zales was the first jewelry store we went to. The woman who halped us explained everything we needed to know about diamonds and rings in detail without overwhelming us and encouraged us to shop around in other stores. After a couple of months of ring shopping we returned to Zales they had a beautiful selection for us to choose from and an amazing sales staff that did not try to pressure us into anything. the rings were very affordable for us and we are very happy with our decision.

Had to take wedding band back 5 times for resizing problems. Ring was scratched and dented up after resizing and had to be replaced and then new ring had the same problem with poor workmanship. Employees were reluctant to help.

My husband got my engagement ring here. We were pretty broke at the time and we had to buy a cheaper ring and they told us later on if we ever decide to upgrade to a nicer ring we could bring it in and use it as a trade for the same price we paid for it. They were great, and very professional. I didn't really find what I wanted for wedding bands at this store, but they are great for the engagement ring!
