Silpada Designs Sterling Silver Jewelry is a Direct Sales company based out of Lenexa, Kansas.  All our jewelry is individually handcrafted and made with .925 Sterling Silver and natural materials.  As a Silpada Designs customer, you can expect not only special one on one service during this special time in your life, but every day of your life!  Customer satisfaction is my number one priority and if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, no problem.  You may return you purchase for an exchange or refund.  The best part about ordering from Silpada is our LIFETIME warranty on all our jewelry!  With the exception of normal wear and tear, should a piece break, just give me a call and I will return the piece to corporate.  Corporate with then exchange the broken piece of jewelry for a BRAND NEW piece!  (If the broken piece is retired, Silpada will allow you to pick out another piece of equal value out of the current catalog.)  

Silpada Designs gives all our customers the opportunity to receive FREE jewelry by hosting a home or catalog party.  There is no FORMAL presentation to sit through and all individual orders are sent to each purchasing customer .  So, if there are several pieces you'd like to order, become a hostess and the only amount you pay is the tax on the order.  Feel free to give me a call with any questions about hosting a party.
